Everything you need to know about our Delivery Terms & Conditions
Mister C’s new delivery service will launch on Thursday 26th April 2018. The following terms and conditions will apply and we hope to answer any questions you might have. If we haven’t answered your question then please get in touch.
When we will deliver
For the launch of this new service we will be able to deliver as follows:
Thursday – Saturday 5pm – 8.30pm
We plan to introduce a weekday lunchtime delivery service soon.
When placing your order you will be allocated a delivery slot, once all delivery slots are taken no further orders can be processed – we will offer you the option of collection.
For exceptional orders or events delivery maybe available at other times, please contact us. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or change the delivery time.
Delivery times are approximate within 30 minutes of time requested (allowing for traffic congestion).
Delivery areas
Delivery is available in the following areas only: Selby, Brayton, Wistow, Thorpe Willoughby, Burn, Barlby, Osgodby, Cawood
Delivery outside of these areas maybe available for large orders or events please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Delivery Costs
It is very important that we deliver your fish & chips so that when you eat them they are as good as if you were eating them in our restaurant, and with this in mind our delivery service is limited.
The delivery costs are based on the delivery being for your meal only – please consider this as a personal taxi for your meal. Our delivery service is not comparable to other fast food takeaways such as Pizza or Chinese where the driver may deliver multiple orders at a time – this would significantly affect the quality of our fish & chips.
There will be a minimum order of £15 and delivery costs are:
Selby town area – £2
Brayton, Wistow, Barlby – £3
Thorpe Willoughby, Burn, Osgodby, Cawood – £4
How to order
We will be taking orders for delivery via our website and mobile App and also by telephone. For payment we will accept cash on delivery to the driver or card and PayPal when paying online.
Other terms
Prices are subject to change without notice, prices inclusive of vat at the current rate. Size and weight are pre –cooking. Our fish may contain fish bones and our desserts may contain nut derivatives.
